How to make matcha protein balls

Matcha Protein Balls recipe by Matcha Boy

These protein balls are packed full of healthy fats, antioxidants and protein of course !

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons of Everyday Matcha Boy
1/2 cup oats

1 scoop (40g) protein powder
1 tsp honey
4 tbsp peanut butter
Handful of cranberries
1 tbsp chia seeds (for coating)

Directions:

  • Put all ingredients into a food processor except coating (chia seeds).
  • Blend
  • Take out and with your hands mould them into balls
  • Choose your own coating, roll balls onto coating (in our case we did it with chia seeds)

 (Makes about 6 balls)
